bluliz
The outside is easy, pop to a Pound Saver and get there Interior or Glass wipes, its a pack of 80 and they do a great job. However inside....bottle brush with a long handle should do the trick.

bluliz
An All Purpose Cleaner should be fine, Preferable one you dilute down so you can make it a bit stronger if needed. Gunk might be useful!
stuey650
I've heard chucking them in a dish washer brings them up a treat but don't have a dish washer to try it in and when i asked to use my sisters one she wasn't having it!!
nick_ov_uk
Caustic soda, just make sure you wear some gloves. Rinse them out lots to make sure it’s all gone.
