RS Coombe

Saturday 4th July

Once again the Bristol and Swindon RSOC proudly presents it’s 14th annual Motorsport day at

the Castle Combe race circuit, Wiltshire.

Situated near Chippenham, Wiltshire, Castle Combe circuit is clearly sign posted from both

junctions 17 & 18 of the M4. Entry to the infield is restricted to vehicle pass holders only. These

passes are only available by applying in advance using the enclosed application forms or online

at www.rscombe.com . Passes will not be available on the day. Please make sure that your

vehicle has the appropriate pass on display when entering the paddock infield area. Vehicles

approaching the paddock entrance without a vehicle pass will not be permitted access and will

be directed to the public car parks.

Admission on the day is £12:00 per adult with under 16’s entering free of charge. However,

there is a discount available for tickets purchased in advance. Please see the appropriate

application form.

As well as non stop track action through out the day, there will also be a huge range of trade

stands, car club displays, and Show ‘n’ Shine competition for all makes and models , we have

booked in a selection of children’s entertainment. There will also be our lunch time track display

which this year will be raising money for our chosen charity to coincide with the 40th years

celebration of the RS Capri, 25 years of the Escort RS Turbo series one, 25 years of the Bristol

Group and 15 years of the Swindon group. On top of all this we will also be holding the RSOC

concours competition. If you think your car looks good after a Sunday morning wash and vac,

come have a look at this little lot.

Please note that those of you who wish to take part in the infield action and displays will not be

able to enter their car in more than one part of the show. (E.g. Track entry & Show ‘n’ Shine or

Parade lap entry and be parked on a visiting club display) so please apply for the most suitable

part of the day. Sorry, but it just makes life a little bit more bearable for us stressed out

organisers and helps to make the day run smoother for you as well.

All together, it will once again be a true Motorsport enthusiast’s day that’s not to be missed.

We look forward to seeing you all there on the day.
