I was done nearly 2 years ago doing 92 in a 60 in my old Nova SR. Haven't been stopped since - touch wood. There's a big clamp down on speeding over here cos of all the deaths on the roads - 8 people killed since Saturday, 5 in one accident alone.

Slowed me down a bit but I always keep an eye out for the cops, especially in 30/40 limits 8)

7 years since I was last done doing 106 on the M20 to Dover....

Saved by the fact it was an unmarked car following me for a mile shooting Video and it gave the average at 93 which was what they booked me at 20 pounds and 3 points on Licence ?(

Forgot to tell them I was on the mobile phone at the same time thought they were pulling me for that :P

lucky I guess

Yes, three disabled people in the one car crashed, one of them was the driver all three over for the Special Olympics, other two able boddied people dead also. A horrible loss, and my sympathies to them all and their families.

Strangly no blaim has been attributed to either driver even though had been constantly menctioned that the car with the three disabled people should have been able to safely avoid the accident, and they cannot understand why it occured unless a freak mechanical accident occured (and they do, as we all know!).

Not being completly judgemental, but it does kinda make you wounder how some people with some conditions can get driving lisences. My sisters friend Denise is completly blind in one eye and 70% blind in the other, and yet she has a driving lisence..............

30% vision IF shes lucky in one eye, and shes driving on the roads as we speak. Makes you wounder just a tiny bit what sorta people on the roads actually have driving lisences doesn't it?
