KNITERIDER
dan, i think your gonna have to take the lead on this as evo are renowned for being crap at makeing decisions as a group. pick somewhere and tell us then get deposits or it'l go like most meets do...no where, il support your decision as should everyone as they havnt input anything so have no cause to complain quicker its booked/decided the more a successfull event it will be but i do STRESS you take a deposit but a reasonable one...not one to take the pee but not one people will be happy to go without and not turn up otherwise it may end up a shambles i suggest £10-15 or something
dutchkev
Hold your horses, lets get the restaurant and bookings made first, then get the hotel. you sound like my EX
danposs86
I have asked Lee to phone up a few places to see where can accommodate us, as soon as thats done I will start taking deposits, non refundable deposits. Those that say they will come, but then pull out, well their cash will go towards getting drinks for the people that do go As soon as I have a restaurant sorted, then I will also find a hotel so that everyone is staying at the same place, helping with the taxi arrangements. Also as for the date, Saturday 5th December is near enough as good as decided. Its early enough in Dec to make booking easy, and its far enough away from Christmas so it wont interfere with peoples family/friends time on the run up to Xmas. LiamGTR
Ok as for nobody has put an input i'll put mine in. Restaurant:Aaron knows how picky I am, but aslong as it sells some sort of roast dinner and/or even just fish and chips will do me! Although places like Taybarns are a favourable from me as I eat like a Fcuking pig! Night out:Really not arsed aslong as it's suitable for people my age, i.e. no grannies! (unless....) and i'm not left stranded in Manchester on my own!

LiamGTR
lol as long as you can keep up mate i wont leave ya A retired boxer, who trains 5 days/week and is T-total at the minute....HIGHLY doubt i'll be able to "keep up" so for every 3 pints yous have it'll be 1 for me + 2 halfs of coke* *Coca Cola
Lee_2f2f
As said by Dan, I am taking responsibility on finding us a Restaurant able to accommodate us all.... and If needed I can also look for local Hotel's. Steering along the lines of Frankie & Benny's food wise... but will give it more thought and locations....
