Mcdonalds car park...

Yes get all the fat jokes outta the way lol.

As i pulled into Mcdonalds at half 7 this morning i heard an almighty crack crunch and scrape from under my car... I stopped and got out to have a look..

A metal flip up cover thing they use to cover electric points in the car park had been left open and was sticking out of the ground by a good 6-7 inches...

On first look i can see it has cracked my bumper but god knows if it has done any damage to the underside of the car...

I am about to call them up now and see what they have to say for themselves...

Any advice? I got pictures of the cover but only after a member of staff had driven over it and got out and kicked it down.. He also has hit it!

You have no pictures of it up because someone had already kicked it down, unless you have witnesses and can get statements of people, you got no chance.

I got the member of staffs name, the other one that hit it.

I will get pics when it goes up on a ramp l8r...#

Well pissed off...

Just had a call from the manager of the mcdonnalds store it happened at.. she was already aware and had my registration...

The member of staff that drove over it was a manager and he has reported it all to head office as well as me...

So really im pretty much covered, if a manager is backing my story and has hit it as well.. Signed sealed and delivered lol
