Posted October 8, 200915 yr Right, I'm in a foul mood right now. Just got home and noticed that on the back seats of my car there is a horrible mark on them on the middle seat - it looks like a ring or something sharp has dug into them and there's a 12 inch jagged cut in them. It's clearly visible, and it's on grey leather. The rest of the interior is immaculate, so it really stands out like a sore thumb. I'm always cleaning the car and take great care of it, but I'm really p*ssed off with this. Am I stuck with this rip or is there something out there I can use to fix it? P.S. This is in my beemer, not on the Escort seats I have for sale!
October 9, 200915 yr dunno if theres anything YOU can do but there are somemobile repairers that could sort it out. scratchrite and trim technique are 2 which I can think of...
October 9, 200915 yr Author You might have seen my other thread on this, well here's the damage. Can anyone recommend any products I could use to fix it, or do you think I need to hire a professional? http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/21707.jpg http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/21708.jpg http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/21709.jpg http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/21710.jpg http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/21711.jpg

October 9, 200915 yr for something like that its a small scratch. hmmm probably 40 - 50 quid if his price is right
October 9, 200915 yr Author guess you and the missus had a good nite last night I wish mate! for something like that its a small scratch. hmmm probably 40 - 50 quid if his price is rightSpot on fella. He told me that he would do the back seats for 40 quid, but also said he usually does the front bolsters for 60 quid (is it a bit worn), so he'd do both the back and front for £95. Any thoughts? I was contemplating trying to fix it myself but I suppose the gear I'd need to get would cost around the same anyway!
October 9, 200915 yr for the price that he is doing it for i wouldn't argue i would just let him do it. i know it sounds daft but if i done it to my car and made a mistake it would really bug me and then i would need to pay someone to do it for me.
