I like the way they are right now but... a few ideas... cristicism and other ideas welcome :D

Was thinking of taking the inners out and putting some silvers air trumpets in but i want to do something different...

How about if i tint or even spray some old sidelight clusters in gloss black too and move the sidelights into the outers with the main lights, i think this would look better but nowhere for cold feed

i was also thinking... to be different... if i could somehow change the sidelight clusters so that they're like an air inlet on their own without taking the inners out. (dont know how tho? fiberglass??) theres different variations i want to try but would like others views

Or am i just over complicating? lol

Thanks guys, thats what i thought about the inners, everybody does it. not that thats a bad thing i like that look too... just dont want to 'follow suit'. Want to try something different to give it a bit more of an edge thats all

what do you think about tinting or painting the sidelight clusters black too, to kind of wrap the black around a bit more?

oh and ross (knightrider??) they we're easy to fit mate. i thought i was going to have to chop some wires but didnt in the end. Just had to slightly cut part of the bumper on the drivers side to fit them in flush if you can see in the pics, only very slightly tho. :thumb:

looking good dude, im all for removing the inner lamp, done it on my last escort and will be doing it again on my current one, i'v got a set of black painted side light's if you want them, they'll need a repaint as i'v chipped the paint off one, but atleast it save's you painting your one's, that way, if you dont like the black you can just put the original's back in.

the spring clip's have broken off though, so would need zip tieing in...

where did you get your trumpet thing's from? and what size? can you put and sort of pipe on the back of it to aim the air flow?
