clutch quadrant done,took me about an hour all in.all up and running just cant seem to get a firm peddle on the brakes and i mean nothing for the first 75%,but when bleeding they're fine and peddle goes hard,until i start the car.

Sounds strange, but I've had that and got over it by bleeding the brakes with servo working. So engine running.Sound like u have one side of the tandem system carrying air

 

going to bleed them all around,see if that works,might have air in the servo as the vacuum pipe has been off for a while.

not much done over the last 2 weeks,aprt from faffing with the brakes and my dash clocks not working,but managed to spray my strut brace and coil cover,got to do the coil cover again though as it reacted. also fully road legal aswell now.

is it any better with the rs engine in rather than the zetec?

 

yes mate,better and faster.
