there's no exact amount mate, put in 3.5 litres and check, fill to maximum, start engine till oil light goes out, leave to settle and top up if necessary

 

5w30 btw

5w/30 oil is best to use

 

you use 4.75 liters if you top up after changint the oil filter

you use 4.50 liters of oil if you dont change the oil filter (although why you would do this is beyond me)
