Ok, grouped the mayhem that they call wiring up nice and neat unlike the crows nest it arrived in.

 

now..... what are these two bit for? the little one has 3 screw holes (im assuming a weight of somesort?)

the plate is for mounting the solonoid if you cant mount it to something solid (you shouldnt need it)

 

the small brass toggle is a rod connector, if you study it a bit you'll see that its designed to allow you to clamp the rod that comes with the kit to a lock pin rod found in older cars (you know the type, non door handle type)

reserved my dads driveway tomorrow to get this kit fitted tomorrow :-( lol gona be freakin' cold.

 

 

1. where'd the best perm. live on mk6? from passenger footwell (i'm not taking the wheel/arch off to follow the amp power)

2. wern't the mk6 door 'rubbers' not empty rubber hoses like mk5b but had individual pins????

3. quicker rippin interior out or routing under trims ETC ETC............?

 

got a lil 'suprise' up my sleeve too....ONLY if i have enough time tomorrow.

I allways take mine off the fusebox main feeds

erm......... not 100% but maybe
