MarkyMark
Thanks for the comments everybody i painted the wheels and did everything else before i lowered it, so i never saw it lowered with the silver wheels Very very nice, need to do something with the back end now so it becomes a complete package. Agree with Lee R, would look good just lowered Your too right, when i look at the back i always want to do something but im not sure what. Im thinking st220 bumper with twin exit exhausts, or an st tdci bumper with a single exit exhaust There pretty pricey tho lolThats what i'd go for The rear lights need toning down a little, seem to really stand out Edited February 7, 2010 by MarkyMark

hicksy
Ive not updated this in a while so here we go. Ive not dont alot in the last few months, but i have painted the engine bay silver(ive redone the badging now ) bought some chrome weather strips for the windows, and bought and fitted some 3M Di-noc carbon vinyl and fitted it to the centre dash trim and steering wheel trim oh and i have had the rear silencer removed too and i welded in an exhaust tip that i already had and fitted a decat pipe http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/tomhicks1/Mondeo/DSC00394.jpg This was on the way back from Ford fair this year(i dont think thats too shabby )http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/tomhicks1/Mondeo/DSC00764.jpg http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/tomhicks1/Mondeo/DSC00515.jpg http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/tomhicks1/Mondeo/DSC00512.jpg http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/tomhicks1/Mondeo/DSC00520.jpg http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/tomhicks1/Mondeo/DSC00501.jpg A little picture from the Buttertubs pass. hicksy
Cheers Looks really nice that How hard/easy is it to do that carbon fibre vinyl? I am looking into options to get rid of horrid wooden trim found inside Golf GTI's lol Its not too bad as long as the surface is fairly flat, i had a go at doing my mirrors but i gave up in the end. I used a hair dryer and didnt rush it and it came out pretty well IMO
sidrick
Excellent example of making a normaly bland car really stick out. I like this a lot. I'm so jealous of diesels that sit at about 2k when cruising. Since I'm in to old, German, small engined barges, I'm used to seeing 4.2k revs at 75mph :|
