Stu
The correct tyres are 195/50/15. If you're on a budget I recommend the Federal SS-595's.

As JC said, the tyres on rs2k wheels should be 195 50 15 Have a look on here Camskill The correct tyres are 195/50/15. If you're on a budget I recommend the Federal SS-595's. I listened to stu on this on my old gti on my 16's, really good tyres they didnt compare too badly to the t1-r's that i did have on Im waiting for camskill to get my size back in stock for the mondeo then il be ordering some for that

16Vrhys
120 is ideal price with the fitting included in that price , so looking at around 30 a tyre with free fit in a ideal world but good luck to me lol
Craig855S
195/50/15 are the standard tyres arent they? 120 for 4....I cant find anything in that price range. Try checking ebay or scrappers for part worns...or at kwik fit for special deals that they sometimes do... (However kwik fit do buy one get one free on prices that are well above online retailers prices so the cost of 4 is pretty much the same as online prices anyway) Blackcircles prices are around 50 quid per corner for the majority of brands.. From budget ditchfinders at 41 quid each to toyo t1rs at 49 quid each to goodyear eagle F1s at 73 quid each.....I know what i'd choose
16Vrhys
all four need doing really but cant afford nearly 200 and isnt worth fitting two at the front then having rubbish at the rear
Craig855S
It is...How bald are your rears? If theyre legal then they will do fine for a little so do the fronts now and the others next month.. failing that thena)Get used tyresb)Get a full set of alloys with usable tyres on them for well under your budget via ebay Here you gohttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-ESCORT-ALLOY-WH...a3#ht_500wt_975

Get a pair of new ones on the front and some part worns on the back if you dont want part worn all round. If they back ones still have some miles left in them, just do the front ones and get some decent ish tyres
