sidrick
The best value for money is generally Camskill. I'd advise against buying ultra-cheap tyres. They're cheap for a reason.
SLEEMAN
theres sets of tyres on ebay called neuton nt5000's and i have a full set on my 17 inch alloys now, £215 fully fitted i had to go to the place in north london to get em fitted, but they are money well spent, very good tread, very good grip in both dry and wet even in snow conditions they gripped very well! going for budget directional tyres is a big no no as they won't grip at all!!!
