Posted March 17, 201014 yr can any1 give me some advice got m.o.t coming up just looked under my car and found out iv got a little bit of surfice rust and a little corrison on my fuel tank but not leaking,does any1 know if this is a m.o.t failure or would it go down as a advisery??????????????????????? March 17, 201014 yr surface rust is common on fuel tanks, aslong as its not excessive or obviously thinned the the tank wall it wont be an issue

Wire brush it - Finnegans No1 - overpaint with silver.
