Righto, my springs came today. 25mm fiesta centre ones as i wanted it lower, but not on its balls. Sorta original, but a bit llower and im well happy.

As for the wheels i woudlike some 13x6 minilites with 175/50/13's and have it a touch lower. But that can wait for now.

Another small update.

 

I got a spare grill off ebay for a bargain of a tenner! So i cut it up to make a smooth/badgeless grill.

For a quicky attempt i dont think its too bad at all

 

All filled in with a waft of paint

looks clean as, apart from some mini lites and a healthy drop i wouldnt change a thing, not keen on the grill but its your car, and its easily changable if you decide you dont like it months down the line

I've got the zetec out of my old RS1800 sta in my yard doing nothing, so if i was to do a conversion it would probably be that with bike carbs.

 

It was running with standard efi/ho manifold with a few tweaks in the RS and was near as 150bhp, and is a strong little engine.

 

At the min im just enjoying the whole 40ish bhp its running!! miles of smiles!
