Has anyone on here ever done it or know anyone that has?

Everyone i have spoken to about it raves on about it and all i have found is positive results!

I am starting it on Thursday and I am actually really exited about it! Its going to skint me for a few months but when it comes down to health and my children, does that really matter?

I am 5'10" and weigh roughly 22 stone (not sure on my actual weight till wednesday) by rough BMI is around 44 so as you can imagine, something definatly needs doing about it!

Never heard of it, what does it consist of?

It sounds similar to a slim fast diet but its more intence..

I will be having 4 meal replacments a day consisting of porridge, soup and milkshakes after a month or so i can have snack bars as well.

So my day will consist of 4 cambridge diet meals, 2.5 litres of water and 260mm of skimed milk.

I think i will be on about 615 callories a day.

I know people will say i will put the weight back on twice as quick but the diet is in 6 stages, its only the first stage that you loose the weight, the other 5 stages are to speed up the matabolism and train you to maintain your weight.

On a weekly basis someone comes to my home and weighs and measures me, has a discussion how im feeling and how i want to progress, so im paying for all that as well as the products.

Just do what I do dude..

Cut out all food like Bread, Cheese, Milk (dairy products) and stodgy food.

Only eat yogurts x 3 a day

Drink Relentless and water - nothing else

Exercise regularly, and I guarantee you'll see the weight drop off you. I dropped down from 24 stone to 17 in 4 months from that diet, it's not medically backed, was my own idea and it worked. I'm lucky though, as I'm 6'6" so I carry weight well, I just look like a big bar steward.. I've just started it again as my weights gone up to 19 stone as I've been a lazy fook since October last year, my aim is 15 stone by September 3rd as that's my wedding day!! :/

Just so ya know, energy drinks are known to speed up your metabolism, so when you're not putting loads of food into your body and just teasing it with 3 yogurts a day it forces your body to start feeding off the fatty build up you have.

Just an idea :)

soundsa bit extreme, TBF I'd say that at your weight you should try and aim for 1500cals a day and as little fat as possible and you'll drop weight off for probably a month or so then start exercising once the drop off stops, go to the gym go swimming, go on your bike... theres loads of things you can do if you honestly can't find 45 - 60 mins a day to do that do it at the weekend. Also stop lying to yourself about what you eat and start reading labels, theres no extra cost involved in fact you'll save money so you can take up smoking or harder drugs :pancake:

I lost nearly 5 stone a couple of years like this, I've managed to put it all back on but am trying to lose it again

Do we need a fat fighters section or what?

Escortnreg my sister went on the diet after she had her kid and it was the best money she ever spent she says went down from about 13 stone to just under 9 stone in 8 month and she is eating normal again now and not putting all the weight back on the only down side to this diet is that your breath stinks all the time because ur not eating anything and you not aloud chewy or mints or anything alike
