EscortNreg
Escortnreg my sister went on the diet after she had her kid and it was the best money she ever spent she says went down from about 13 stone to just under 9 stone in 8 month and she is eating normal again now and not putting all the weight back on the only down side to this diet is that your breath stinks all the time because ur not eating anything and you not aloud chewy or mints or anything alike I have heard bout the breath! Going to have to take my toothbrush everywhere!! lol. Thanks for the input, its good to hear some actual results from people you know rather than what you read on review sites. And in the FAQ's on there website they recomend suga free gum and mints! But our consultant told us the same, no mints or gum. Aaron... Wish me luck! haha. LiamGTR
615 kcals? That is going to have serious health implications, regardless of that their FAQ probably claims that it is healthy, you're body is going to end up eating itself and ever take energy from your bones after its finished with your fat and muscles. I wasnt far off then, I lost 7.5 st a few years back by cutting calories to a dangerous low, I didnt know what I was doing but im confident that the only reason the weight stayed off was the exercise tbh. The first stone dropped off quickly then slowed but then exercise did the real stuff. Its also worth noting that dramatic weight loss can result in saggy stretched left over skin but exercise will tone up & minimise loose skin. Liam im sure will give better confirmation on this. LiamGTR
What happened to good old exercise and just not eating rubbish ? Going for a 30 minute walk/jog/run is free. what ever happened to eating healthy and exercise ? imo these diet fads are only after your moneyExactly. Half the time you don't even have to eat healthy to look good, mine and alot of friends diets are far from perfect but we train hard so the weight stays off
PeeWee
what ever happened to eating healthy and exercise ? imo these diet fads are only after your moneyExactly! Why pay out others to do it for you. The internet is wonderful & full of advice , walking/jogging/running is free.Just start reading labels to check kcals, buy fruit for snacking (apples & banana's are mine). Ensure you eat at least something early morning even if you dont usually eat breakfast like me so as to start the calorie burning process off.Cut out late night snacking, im bad for this but now have a mug of hot tomato soup instead of choc bars/crisps.As before im no expert & Liam may point out some of my wrong moves but its far better than what I was doing. wwwd
Sounds dangerous to me, I'd never do it. The secret to losing weight is doing more exercise, and eating less sh*te than usual.
EscortNreg
Im not sure how long im kept down to 615 kcal... But its a maximum of 12 weeks. im going to do this diet, purly for the fact its fast weight loss and thats the kick in the ass i will need to kick start my exersize etc etc. If im compltly honest, just walking hurts my back and legs, jogging gives me severe pain in my shins and if i sat on a bike i would loose the saddle between my huge ass cheeks! Have you considered contacting your GP before taking any diet action mate, the above statement makes me wonder if that might be a safe option before starting anything so drastic as this diet?
