EscortNreg
Im not sure how long im kept down to 615 kcal... But its a maximum of 12 weeks. im going to do this diet, purly for the fact its fast weight loss and thats the kick in the ass i will need to kick start my exersize etc etc. If im compltly honest, just walking hurts my back and legs, jogging gives me severe pain in my shins and if i sat on a bike i would loose the saddle between my huge ass cheeks! Have you considered contacting your GP before taking any diet action mate, the above statement makes me wonder if that might be a safe option before starting anything so drastic as this diet? I have an appointment at 17:20 on wednesday, the doctor has to run the usual tests and discuss why im doing this etc. Then they need to sign a consent form so i can carry on with it. Then i have the consultant coming round at about 8 to talk me all through it, give me the initial weigh in and measurments etc... then thursday it starts. EscortNreg
can i ask... how much is this costing you ??? £45 a week.. I know seems steep but that way im looking at it, my lunch every day is about £5 then add the shopping costs fro breakfast and dinner etc and it all adds up. this is going ot cost me £6.42 a day, its gonna cost me around or maybe even less a day that i already spend on food. in the long term its gonna add up to quite a bit, but A) as said, its only about the same as i already spend out and B) its going to be doing good for me! Also have forgotten to say, i am very high risk of diabeties so if i dont take action soon i could end up having that as well.]]I have looked at the negatives and the possatives and i have to say, the posatives are well out weighing the negatives.
