hi i have been told you can use 2l zetec parts to get the 1.8 engine running about same power i have a 2l zetec with loom inlet and ecu plus the ecu has a powerchips plugged into the back can i use these parts at all? and will i get much gain?

so i need to change the whole engine can i use the 2l inlet manifold? also can i use the chipped ecu?do i need to use anything from the 1.8 eg water pump, power steering pump,sump and clutch? any help will be much app
