Hi there, I recently swop my 1.6 for a 2.0 silvertop ,I have the 2.0 mondys intake and the whole fuel injection, there is just one thing I need,a 2.0 maf, I have a spare maf,think its from a 1.8,but can somebody please verify the sizes of the while inside the mafs,of how to spot the differences ?

You need to run the correct MAF for the particular ECU you're running, it's not just about physical size.

+1 that. You need to take the MAF from the donor car as well as the ECU as they used several different models with differing calibrations.

I want to take the car in for a unichip from dastek here,so that sorts the ecu problem

in addition to the above, the 1.8 and 2.0 are the same diameter, hence they fit the GTi 1.8 induction pipe. The 1.6 maf is a lot smaller
