I have a wheel that has a flat spot, how much do most places charge to sort this out?

I've never had to have one removed before so don't want to pay over the odds.

 

Also can anyone recommend somewhere - closer to the midlands the better.

 

Lastly i am thinking of having them refurbed, painted centre and polished lips- pretty much how they are now. again prices and recommendations please

alloy wise there a few places online that reset alloy curves, Id have to ask my mate who he used but it was the same place that jigged his rst festa after he slid it sideways up a curb (obviously the came to collect the chasis to do that but they excepted alloys via courier then sent them bacl to him)
