Posted June 6, 201014 yr Well it was rather good i thought!I'll admit i wasn't with the club per-say, but when i did nose about the stand i couldn't find anyone there .Anyway was a good day, with some good action on the strip and a nice selection of cars. Just a pity the heavens opened at one point.Thats my 2p worth, i will hand over to the people that were there with the club to fill you in with the details.
June 7, 201014 yr well as usual the show for me started on the saturday drove down in convoy with stoney (after finally catching up with him due one of my mates who followed driving like miss daisy and a complete nooooob at times ) got to pod about 13.00 and set up the tents had a wonder round but niot much to see on the sat apart from a numerous cars going down the track so cracked on with the drinking sunday morning arose me and stoney drove round to the stand early so that we wasnt queing soon arrived trig and a few others so put the cars into position and went for a walk round saw loads of sexy mk1s and 2s a few nice capris and loads of s1 turbos and xr3s track action was good even though it didnt start till late on due to the wheather saw mike w walking round with his new toy and then saw his car have got a few pics but not many so will post in a bit

June 7, 201014 yr Well it was a good show the trip down to pod was ok few rain showers soon dried out tho.Got to the meet point for 7:15 met up with trig and rachy then convoy to pod, little misshap with rachy with a loose wire on her battery ment her car cutting out and i helped to get it started again with jump leads . It absolutely lashed it down on the way, it was really bad, my car was filthy when i got to pod, you wouldn't think i had gave it a good clean Saturday.... I queued for 1hr 30mins to get out of Pod though, which was a fricking joke... Was good to catch and have a chat with Phil, Stoney, Trig etc Good show though, some quality motors on display....
