It was wet... the road was slippy who is to say there was not diesel on the road or a bit of mud and trust me you can hit diesel in the wet at 20 mph and its like sheet black ice! I feel some people jump right on the bandwagon a bit, start arguing FFS! . im not saying anyone is in the right or wrong but people should back off a bit. shawdreamer Posted June 11, 2010 Share Posted June 11, 2010 pity? who mentioned pity? pity Is a word I use for those few that deserve it due to their own continued idiotic actions. besides which you were obviously not seeking "pity" or condolence, it was obvious to me (and no doubt many others) you was more likely seeking approval and congratulation for your actions. you even compounded your failings with the whole "least its one less Corsa on the road" (or words to th ateffect) when what a person of reasonable humble regret who learned their lesson would of said.... "least no one else got hurt" or atleast "Im glad I didnt hit some other innocent person" your whole "escorts all the way from now on" statement too also alarms me, Id hate for other people to start thinking that all escort enthusiasts make a point of hating other non-escort cars to a point were they roll them around the roads before gettin a escort.......Im also a little concerned for the dwindling amount of escorts still on the road when theres Kids who can roll less powerful more modern vehicles over now driving them. I've had fords ever since.Oh and I've had a hand full of other fords, which I haven't crashed... yet again assuming I've crashed everything and will crash all my cars. Glad your not all dead mate, could have been alot worse, I do have to side with a couple of people here though, posting a pic with all your mates posing next to the fecked motor never comes off good. 4 bigish lads in a Corsa on a wet road, i'd say thats pretty sketchy to start.
