alright peeps,

ive read all the previous posts about wiring fogs but they all seem to be about MK6's !

anyway - ive got the plug behind the headlights but cant see any wires taped up which should go to the switch inside the car

so my questions are:

if the front fog relay is R26 or whatever - should there be wires coming out of the fuse box directly behind (on the underside) of this particular relay as there is a conspicuious gap there ?

secondly if i buy one of these fog wiring kits can the original ford fog light switch be adapted to be used with the kit ?

cheers

yes and by far the easy option than feckin about with ford tempramental unreliable wiring.

isnt that hard to wire a fog switch as theres only 4 wires (two of which are the switch ilumination), I forget which are which but you can prise open the switch itself so you can id which wires go to the LED and you can usually work it out from there. :thumb:
