Just a bit of Curiousity and chat really.

As topic, What is the fastest you have ever been in a car, and what is the fastest you have ever done in a car, what where you in.

150mph is the fastest I have ever driven, in the BMW 120D. (using super premium Diesel, before I fueled up with that I got the car to 140mph)

Fastest I have ever been is 182mph in Martins 911 Turbo (Him driving)

------------------

Note: we did not do this on the UK roads, both speeds obtained on Germanys Autobahn.

Done 143mph in my old nissan primera 1.6 si :-D and loved it!!

Were you going down hill?

Taken from NPOC:

its up to 130mph, which even down hill with a very strong wind a 1.6 isnt going to do.

the 1.6's top speed is 114mph.
