TD conversion on van...

Hi all,

 

just wondering what exactly is needed to convert from normal 1.8 diesel to turbo diesel?

ive been considering this for ages myself mate, ive just been quoted nearly £700 to carryout ther work on an engine swop, the engine is only going to cost me £200 plus a few etc bits

Lets be honest the standard van needs the upgrade doesnt it !! ive also considered sticking with the current engine replacing the old parts with new in the hope of getting a few extra BHP out of it, ive also heard you can get a chip but im not sure about this maybe someone can elaborate

Yeh it deffinatly needs somthing, especially when my mrs can beat me in her 1.3 fiesta

Yeh i might just take her off my insurance so she cant drive it lol

 

nope, no hoses yet, have a 4 week wait usually as theyre made to order....
