Rob01 Posted August 27, 2010 Share Posted August 27, 2010 Yo guys, sold my Escort 2 months ago and bought this last thursday, tis an '89 SRi mk2 , has a few nice mods GTE skirts , GSi vents (made properly) Its a nice car but the only bad things right now is that there's no power steering so parking is a bit of a workout, needs a drivers side window motor and the wheels are quite bent or unbalanced as anything over 50 and your bones get a good shaking!! So far I've only taken of the grile it came with (thought it was a bit tacky and fitted a badge to the bonnet, going to put my 17" Stealths on it when I get tires but I think I'll fit cav slabs for the time being. Future plans include a 5 stud conversion with V6 brakes so I can fit Cav Turbo wheels and a redtop or a 130seh.
