basically i bought some -60mm springs for my mk6 escort but turns out that rears are -60 an fronts look like -40 as there is a right gap inbetween wheel same as a m8s escort thats sat on -40s all round. so im lead to beleive that chopping standerd springs ona mk6 can lead to the fronts jumping out of the shocker but im thinking of choping 1 coil dead level with were it stops now on the front wich should bring it down enough to stop it looking daft but not enough to cause it to jump out of the shocks. any1 got any views on this?

cheers
