I know piddlewee we have me for it but... If you know anyone on o2, go onto the o2 website and there is an iPhone unlocking option... Enter there details and the phone details and they will unlock it, it's £15 if it's PAYG or free is it's contract. They say it takes 2 weeks but they did mine in less than 24 hours. Fill in your details and the phone details and it's done. No software updates or anything needed. As I said, mine took less than 24 hours, all you do is hook it up to iTunes and it says "congratulations your iPhone is unlocked) Be easier to sell then, and you have a buyer waiting!
