It's a documentary type thing, it's a Ricky gervais program, it used to be a radio show with him and his sidekick bloke (cant remember his name) who sit and talk to a bloke called Karl pilkington, he is knows as the worlds thickest man lol.

 

They sent hi to see the seven wonders of the world as he hates going abroad... It's dry, quick one liner, thick comment kinda comedy.

He doesnt just hate going abroad, he was practically a borderline fascist the last time a heard him, he seemed to hate anything non british, I only say "borderline" due to the fact that he never openly slates other cultures and countries, he was just stupidly dismissive of anything non-brit and struck me as possible the most ignorant idiot Id ever heard aswell as the most dull witted and lacking in brain cells.

 

personaly Id probably not watch it just as I found him unbeleivably annoying, but add ricky gervias into the mix and Ill definetly find it tedious.... I just dont get why people think he's funny?

He doesnt hate stuff that isn't British he just hates being outside is confort zone, he is entirely closed off from life outside his routine, the things he says, although at times are borderline fascist, are out of pure ignorance and he means no harm in anything he says and he does care about other people although would rather never have to meet them.

 

Guess you love or you hate Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, both have the same sense of humour. The Ricky Gervais show is pretty damn funny, not just for the content but for the annimations they use to illustrate Karl's ridiculous thought process. Ignorance isnt funny but if you find his particular ignorance and the delivery of it funny you will like the show.

 

Somehow he has a nice girlfriend and got a very highly paid job editing and producing.
