It's a discussion arena, a place for like-minded people to have general on-topic discussion - it is NOT a pay-for-answer advice line. I've answered a gazillion questions here and the day someone expects something from me just because they've paid up is the day they get offended. I usually ignore questions via PM as I prefer to help the general community rather than individuals. I think that's in the spirit of the forum/club. Was on here still with no Escort, then i had one, then it failed its mot and i'm still here reading whats happening from time to time................ .................and yet for some reason you've got people with 25 posts with a big attitude problem or a chip on there shoulder about something mouthing off, there'as another post near the top of main message board too with a numpty with a bad attitude showing a lack of respect. Perhaps they're just fed up of answering the same questions and just answer in a short manner without realising. The newbie won't necessarily realise it's an old question, so is a bit put out when people come across that way. I've seen it so many times of late that I couldn't even bring up a specific example, but it's the usual "Don't bother", "It's crap", "Buy a better car", or just single word answers to questions or posts. It doesn't promote a friendly atmosphere. I've seen it again and again in the last few months. I'm certainly not saying it's deliberate, but it's definately evident, and I know several other people who have commented on it happening too. It's a shame, as Evo is the last big Escort community left. There's a big gap for an Escort-only club, and Evo is in prime position to fill it, so would be a shame if it declined for such a silly reason.
