looking at putting full mk1 focus rs engine an setup in the mk6 escort but im just wondering if the gearbox mounts an engine mounts will fit wither off the focus onto the car or off my car to the focus set up an can box be used out of the focus etc?

MTX75 with ATB but with cables instead of rods if I recall correctly.

And no, it won't slot in, try search on passionford (too tired sorry) but it has been done, I would imagine that if you can buy mounts for Mk3/4 escort and Mk5/6 fiesta, yours can't be much of a problem.

 

Another thing will be driveshafts. People use equal lenght ones form mondeo usually. Or which hubs are you planning on using ?

It goes in the same as any other blacktop conversion. Requires a custom mount and something funky doing with the water pump setup (various options). You can use your original IB5 gearbox or an MTX75 from an Escort. Using the FRS MTX75 would be a pain.
