Nope, different fitment.

 

The Focus RS uses a T25. You can buy T25-T3/4 adaptors for the Pulsar/200SX that also uses a T25 type turbo (T28 in the case of the S14), but I'm not sure if it would work in this instance.

 

I'd just try and find a Focus RS Turbo, or adapt one from a 200SX or similar!

whats the best garrett t25 to go for

Stu is probably better placed to answer this than myself, but I believe he had to do some fettling to get a 200SX unit to fit, where as obviously the Focus unit will work properly with the manifold you have.

 

As for individual turbo speccing, that obviously depends entirely on the rest of the engine spec.

i plan to run a 1800 zetec 130 spec with decomp for now focus rs manifold,sierra cossie 4x4 intercooler, t25 if easiest , piper valve springs,rover turbo inlet,standard airbox ,megasquirt few other little bits looking for around 200bhp
