Andyb0127 Posted November 2, 2010 Share Posted November 2, 2010 Finally back to the gym tonight after 8 weeks of physio tryin to sort out the injury to my shoulder at last hopefully it's better, now time to get back to the gym and train.. Starting supplements again,loading phase of creatine,1000mg tribulus per day,ammino acids,beta-alanine, loads of protein eating 6000 calories aday, then after Xmas time to start high protien diet get ready to compete again at bnbf natural body building shows..... Meal 1 large bowl of oats, 4-6 cooked egg whites, half grapefruit. Or if ur usin creatine ethyl ester pills or powder I use creatine powder which has a 5 day loading phase four times a day then a maintenance phase twice a day for 5 weeks which is taken in water with glucose powder....
