RyanML Posted November 4, 2010 Share Posted November 4, 2010 hey, recently bought a new headlight protector for my dads car, on ebay it shows it un damaged and quite mint, but where its been sent in the mail its been damaged (can tell it was broken in the mail because theres a bend in the box where its been cracked) what can i do about this? (Not sure if thats against damages or loss of post) See if he can use his "proof of postage" at his local post office to get £38 out of them and refund you? Was it worth more than £38?
