Whats the code i need for the 130 spec ecu ?

Not a clue stu, i have a 130 engine thats was running a 1.6 ecu so i want to fit the engine to my van with the right one. The lad who i bought the car off said the engine was removed from a k reg cabriolet.

Well which ECU you choose has implications - you can go for an early type external PATS one from an RS1800 or XR2i.. or you can go for a later 94/95 ECU but how you wire it up will differ due to the PATS.. at least I think those late ones had internal PATS, possibly not.. I don't have my list of ECU's handy!

My one from a RS1800 is MONK well i got told it was from an RS 1800

I don't know if there are other 130 spec ECUs, but all the ones on that list, 92FB-12A650-BC, 92FB-12A650-BD, 92FB-12A650-BE, 92FB-12A650-DC, 92FB-12A650-DD, are all non-PATS.
