Why not buy a couple of sheets of alley shape the sheet cover the whole of the inner rear quarter panel each side and then have them carbon wrapped, lookes like you could slide them in from the top, you would have the effect without the expense of real carbon

Does anyone make these off the shelf then?

I could probably knock them up pretty easy I reckon! Shame there'd be no market for Escort ones really.

Yup, Performance Trim make them :)

Performance Trim web site

Front door cards: £111.63

Rear door cards: £111.63

Ive found their shop on eBay and their doing a discount at the min,

Front door cards: £70 + Postage

Why not just leave it bare? It's lighter that way!

Rally and race cars dont have them as its completely unnesecary weight. And I'll be amazed if anyone on evo is daft enough to pay out for them, so I doubt any pics of them fitted exist

That is an image of them fitted into the back of a Ka, they only cover the hole (to the outer skin) and not the entire area left bare by the lack of OEM doorcard. You may find the escort ones do the same?

You can see the pic on that link you put up showing what shape they are, so superimpose that shape onto the pic of your stripped out rear end..
