Washing the car in this weather?

Using car washes at garages FTW..You dont want a massive ice patch around your car to help neighbours slide into you.

Yeah that's what u was going to say. They've just installed one down the road from me. Not a crap drive through thing but a proper do it yourself job. If you're quick you can rinse, hot soap and wax for £3 and it actually comes out really well. Then just hoover and clean interior at home.

I gave my girlfriends car a full valet on Sunday but didn't think about garage. Froze my nuts off on the drive and annoyed the neighbours lol Wish I'd never offered but was worth it later on ;)

Same jet wash my escort once a week no matter what weather is, take my tfr and rinse aid to garage with me (tfr is only used on wheels and under wheel arches to keep them clean) did mine today in the snow wife thinks I have OCD cleaning cars in this weather lol.........

The same thought crossed my mind, then I thought f*ck it, it'll just be a complete waste of time.

I'll be waiting until the new year now.

Yeh let the salt embed itself into the paintwork, Help the rust on it's way, great way to look after your car.
