pay as you go top up went though wrong on my mobile and are refusing a refund , it was though my card

 

sorry was on the phone at the time , basically i tried topping up on my mobile and it said it did not to though , so i called up and topped up over the phone instead , i then check my balance and its £20 not £10 , explained on the phone id much rather the money in the bank than on a phone which i hardly use and they are refusing to put the money back on and say this is not possible

I'd just put it down to experience. It will get used eventually wont it so it just saves you doing it another time.

 

It would have been nice for them to refund it from a customer service perspective, but Im sure they aren't obliged to.

yeah your right trig , not sure where i stand in the eyes of the law , yeah people say its only a tenner but that tenner could gone to my son instead or something i actualy need ,i hardly use my phone lol and ive got 3000 texts 100 mins of calls , that wont even get used in the month it expires let alone the credit
