Any recommendations? Ta
Stu
For it to be worthwhile it would have to meet one or more of your needs - do you have problem which this solves?
caled
Well, Id like to easily be able to remove the sub and amp from the boot for when I need the extra space. My main concern then would be the live wire floating around, so Id need it to be safe and relatively easy to disconnect/reconnect.

Very solid connection, but it's just power and control so you still have to do something for the audio feeds. The sub I used had phono inputs so I just use 2 line sockets as covers to stop them shorting out.

I figured I probably wouldnt find a connector which housed both the RCA and the power cables - would make it pointless running down opposite sides of the car only to feed them within mm of each other. Hm, I wonder if I could adapt a fused junction box so that I could disconnect them from there...
caled
Ok, been thinking about this for a bit and reckon that the easiest and cheapest way of doing this would be via a pair of AGU fuse holders - these - one of which is already holding the fuse near the battery for the 4awg cable (so I know its big enough), using one for the +ve and one for the ground connections in the boot. They should simply unscrew to separate the cables, and then I can pull out the sub/amp combo (once Ive disconnected the rear speaker cables, that is). I can then keep the cover on the +ve cable, or even buy a third fuse holder to make end pieces so that the live wire is completely enclosed. Having more fuses can only be a good thing...? If only the snow would fcuk off so I could do it.
