How much can I ask for a Sence 32" HDTV with one line of dead pix

And don't listen to all that 50/100/200Hz nonsense - its akin to the whole "Ive got an air filter, 2L cams and stainless back box on my 1.6 escort and produces a billion bhp"-thing in the car world, its all meaningless sales jargon.

I was thinking that as iirc our eyes refresh at less than 25hz so 50 is plenty lol

I'd say it's got to be worth around £100 still.

And bit of a hi-jack but while the subject of TVs is here I'm looking for one for my new flat. I move next month and currently have my sisters old Sony 32" (iirc). It does the job but it's quite bulky and out-dated.

Looking for 32-42" pref slim, nice crisp picture, good for normal tele, films and gaming. I have a surround sound tower system so speakers no issue. Budget around £400. Anyone clued up on teles?

How slim are we talking? LEDs are a lot thinner than their CCFL equivalents and use less power but cost a bit more.

Or find a TV you want, go in to John Lewis, get them to price match it and they'll give you a free 5 year warranty :thumb:

All's well that ends well - Instead of my friends bro buying it, my friends mam bought it and yes she is aware of the fault.

Thanks to Martin PM'ing me to let me know there is an Ed Hardy sale on eBay.

Bought a hoodie off Ed Hardy for £50 - So never guess how much I asked her for the TV?

Yep that's right, just basically swapped a broken TV for a brand new Ed Hardy hoodie (Free postage)
