Fitting a battery

So I went to fit a new battery to my car today.... Turns out I still haven't done it!

Due to these 2 little bolts that hold the battery down. They are completely stuck, rusty plus they are a bit hard to get to with a spanner. I'm getting tempted just to take it to a garage to fit it... >:/

Or do any of you know a good way to get them out ? (bolts)

Thanks

just give them a long blast of penetrating fluid (Wd40 will surfice), leave them for a hour or so, then come back with a appropriate socket (their 13mm btw) on a rachet extension.
