Carbon fibre vynl PS3

As talked about in the "sticky backed carbon fibre" thread I've covered my PS3 in the Di-Nox stuff, This stuff looks really good. I don't think the pics do the texture any justice at all. It actually looks like it is lots of tiny woven strands crossing eachother and not just some raised bars going one way like most pics of it would have you think. I also done the back of my car key, and i'll start on the kitchen door handles tomorrow

A pic to show off the weave

It could have went better, but it's a good first try.

did you mean to go the opposite way with the weave?

Nope, cut the piece from the sheet then realised I'd cut it landscape instead of portrait and I couldn't get it to go the same way, I think it looks quite good being the opposite though

Kitchen door handles................

I expect an update in a few weeks time with a photo of your cat walking about with a carbon fibre go faster stripe running across it's head.

1. I dont have a cat

2. You haven't seen my current kitchen. I live in an MOD owned house at RAF Brize Norton, I can't make any permanent changes to the kitchen due to the fact it has to be moved out of in the exact state of decor that we moved into it with, so turning the cabinets black with carbon handles using vynls and fablon is better than forking out for a new kitchen and then paying to have the old stuff re-installed when we move in a couple of years.

If you want to get an idea on just how bad my house is then click this link. Look at the 4th pic, that is the exact style of kitchen I have, except for the damage. Our house is currently not scheduled to be knocked down, so its a 1950s prefab that will probably live on until past 2020.
