February 9, 201114 yr Cut down the top of the rubber handle with a stanley knife and it falls off! Then it should be straight forward installing your new one, what type is it?
February 9, 201114 yr Author I havn't got one yet, just wondered if there was a certain type i would need? thanks for the reply mate was thinking of one like this.. February 9, 201114 yr A universal one like that will be fine I've got an all aluminium richbrook one for sale removed from a mk6 if you interested? The button remains attached btw mate

February 9, 201114 yr They are about £30 new so I'll do it for £15 posted Cut the old one offBit of adhesive to stick new aluminium button onThink I bound a bit of insulation tape round end on handle so it was snugThen slide on main sleeve and do up 3 allen screwsAnd slide down cover ring and do up allen screwPull gaitor up and your done Looks like this, I will just need to check its all complete http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/26265.jpg
February 9, 201114 yr Author Where are the screws and allan keys on the handle?? sorry if thats a stupid question, but if it's that easy to sort i will take that handle off you mateso that is 15 quid including the posting and packing? do you have paypal?
February 9, 201114 yr Yeah 3 screws at the gaitor end of the handle, they get covered with the cover ring that the gaitor pulls over Its pretty self-explanatory when you see it! Yeah I'll do it all in for £15 I'll PM you my paypal later so I can check its all there and complete first tho mate Will PM you this eve
