February 13, 201114 yr hi all,iv been having problems with my locking wheel nuts and trying to get them off. the locking key has been damaged and bent out of shape. i got them on the car without problems but cant get them off again, has anyone got any ideas to get them offthanksif you can still get the key to fit over the nuts then use a breaker bar,put a little bit of pressure on the bar as if trying to remove the nuts,at the same time hit the end of the breaker bar( in direct line with the end of the socket) this then gives the threads on the nuts a wee shock which should make them easier to remove.hope you understand how im putting it across.
