just wondering if anybody knows of the best place to get a wideband lambda sensor and gauge from? also what is the best oil to use on a zetec turbo ? normal oil ? or whats recomended for the mk1 rs perhaps ? thanks in advance.

Do you need a gauge, or just an input into an aftermarket ECU? I've got an NGK Powerdex (inc gauge) and a brand new PLX Devices AFR module with sensor which i'd consider selling... Alternatively you've got a wide range of LSU4 based kits available anywhere really...

 

Oil wise.. Focus RS recs sounds a good plan.. i'll take a guess it's 5w30 or 5w40 fully synth..

i just want a sensor and guege so i can see what my fuel is doin whilst driving to keep an eye on things mate. and ok thanks for advice on oil
