Cracked front fog light lense but light still works, this gonna be an MOT fail??

Edited by Mk6 Si Ross

front fogs are not a testable item. But the rears are. As long as the o/s/r fog works and does not emit a white light it shud pass
Provided the light pattern is not affected and there's no sharp edges, it will be fine
ive got a spare you can have if you want , tenner posted ? pm me :)

As I've said front fog lights are not a tested item. They dnt have any affect on the beam pattern. I'm a mot tester mate. Go bck n demand a pass on it da they should not of failed it

I think you will find Dan's reply was aimed at escort4x4 who told heim to go back and demand a pass.

My apologies for miss reading. I shall correct myself. A front fog light is not tested during a mot test. So if its cracked. Dnt worry

Mondeo ST fog. Its not been tested. Was asking cos after recently having to pay out for a hub, knuckle, shock, spring and wheel bearing on one side we're more than skint!! Cant afford to change a fog light if i dont have to.
