PeeWee
Should be a box you can tick, see that you can select individual emails to the left, there should be one at the top to select them all (not 100% sure but I think hotmail has this feature too). Just had a look, yes there is. Edited February 27, 2011 by PeeWee

smithyandco
nowt to tick on mine There isn't in the Windows Live Mail Client. PeeWee may have been thinking of Windows Live Mail as in Hotmail/Live Mail via your browser. CTRL + A is the best way of selecting all in the client. Shift + Clicking on the first email you want to delete and clicking on the last email you want to delete is useful also. Allows you to delete a list of emails without deleting them all (or all if you forget how to CTRL+A). Another is CTRL + Clicking on each email you wish to delete. Allows you to select multiple emails to delete/move/mark as read etc. This is more suitable if the emails you wish to delete are fragmented in your inbox. PeeWee
Sorry yes I was meaning the browser version. But you can still log in to your browser and follow my steps too.
