I Couldn't beleive it when i saw this either, i reckon it was Sir Alex's whole, 'Media want to electrocute him' thing, and rightly so he knew full well what he was doing when he done it.

Nothing surprises me when it comes to football these days. Rooney should be banned for min 3 games IMO. No place for stuff like that.
