RobMk6
Anybody used the G3 range of products, they come as a 3 or 4 step complete treatment/paint renovation system, With other products available for inbetween too. After having a poor experience with a megs swirl remover, was wondering if anybody has used these?

mykez69
I havwe tried the g3 scratch remover from halfords. I used it with my DA, didn't really recommend it. If you have a look in the show us your mtor section and look for my bmw you can see results there.
SLEEMAN
i personally think the 3M range is better, fast cut plus, and theres a blue finishing polish that you use with a blue soft mop head from 3M again that can get rid of swirls check out there range. it may be expensive but you get what you pay for! the G3 etc range is more a budget range compared to 3M
LiamGTR
I bought the full setup + ann the sponges and stuff at Halfords while it was on offer, i'm no "detailer" but it gave the car a new shine and took alot of the swirl marks & scratches away. For someone who isn't too picky or think they are 'detailers', i'd recommend it
Andyb0127
It's a budget range for Halfords and the week end enthusiast. Personally I use gtechniq and menzerna products not the cheapest goin, but the results they give are brilliant and are highly recommended specially on detailing world.. 3m products are good aswell, it's not just about removing swirls marks, have to use correct polishings foams with correct compounds, speed setting on rotary polisher.
